For 20 years, as the sole distributor, authorized dealer, and official service and spare parts provider for MANITOU in Turkey, we receive direct manufacturer support from MANITOU. This, combined with the professional After-Sales Service offered by MAATS Makina, ensures that all MANITOU machines operate at maximum performance in challenging field conditions.

With professional service, original MANITOU spare parts, technical training for operators, and alternative solutions, we are ready to ensure that MANITOU machines always operate efficiently, safely, effectively, and actively.

MAATS Makina A.Ş. serves its customers with a strong After-Sales Service organization consisting of 15 engineers, 50 technicians, 10 spare parts personnel, 15 After-Sales Service Operations personnel, and 60 service vehicles, across 6 different regions, including its modern facility designed and built at its headquarters in Ankara to provide the best service for construction machinery, as well as 2 separate facilities on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul, branches in Izmir and Bursa, and a service support point in Antalya. In addition, we provide uninterrupted After-Sales Service support to more than 6,000 MANITOU products with 100 technicians and 50 service vehicles within our 27 Authorized Service Centers spread throughout Turkey.
